delicious homemade pizzas
Used this recipe for the dough.. I like it because you don't have to wait FUR ever (like 20 minutes) for the dough to rise. I doubled the salt - added italian seasonings , and before I put em in the oven .. brushed with olive oil , sprinkled garlic powder & more seasoning .. topped with pizza sauce , port0bello shrooms , roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, spinach, feta, red onions, and lotza mozza CHEEEZ. Came out super delicious. Hogged em with some brooklyn brews. Love cooking at home , need to do more of it.

Yesterday I made some falafel burgers that came out SO GOOD.
Def a new staple. Here's the recipe if you'd like to take a stab at it. Super easy. Alterations I made to the recipe - added 2 big cloves of pressed garlic, doubled the salt + added about 2 tsp of cayenne to the mix before I processed it. Little more flavor fer yer buds. And instead of making the tahini sauce I bought tzatziki at the store (and added lemon to it).
